This article explains what you need to do, when you get the error message Update failed. Can't add a shared room to an entire home listing in the channel manager in SuperControl while trying to onboard a property to Airbnb.

1. Log into your SuperControl account.
2. Go to Properties > Edit > Web details > Airbnb data > Go.
3. Select the Room configurations tab.

4. Tick the box behind the option Private room for all bedrooms.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save in the bottom right corner.

This will clear the error and the data forwarded to Airbnb will no longer be rejected.
