Using the address book for emails generated within bookings manually

1. Go into the booking and select the History & Correspondence tab.
2. In the Letters section, select the letter to be send, select the summary options and click Generate.

In the pop-up for the generated email you will see Show Address Book right under the recipient field

In the drop-down for the address book, you will see a section for any housekeepers that have been set up, any other recipient categories that have been set up and the email addresses associated with that category.

Please note:
The section called Agents is showing all the agents that have been set up under Admin > Agents > Add/Edit agent.
In days gone by this was the place in SuperControl where customers could add the contact details of "real life" travel agents they were working with.
As most of the travel agents are online travel agents (OTAs) nowadays, they are still used as agents, but you would not use them for any direct communication.

3. Select the recipient from the list and click on either on the CC or BCC button.

4. Amend anything else that need amending and click Send at the bottom.
