You can use the address book to send scheduled emails to person which you couldn't reach by other means, e.g. a property has two owners and both need to be notified, you have a chef that is cooking for guests, if they select this option for their stay.
1. Create a scheduled email.
For information how to do that, please see this help centre article.
2. Scroll to the section Recipients.
In the sub-section Contacts you will see the list of people you have set up in your address book.
Tick the required boxes for to / cc / bcc to the right of the person that should receive the email.
3. Click Create letter / Update letter to save it.
