Once you have signed up, in  SuperControl  go to Integrations > Admin tools > YourCompliance >click "Enable integration" which will present you with your unique API key. Once you add this to your Property Care dashboard, then  you're  all set up.

How Do My Cleaners & Maintenance Teams Use YourCompliance.com?

Cleaners and maintenance staff are assigned compliance tasks via a digital checklist for each property and / or changeover. These can be accessed via QR code (with an optional PIN code) that could be printed and stored in the cleaning cupboard or sent as a link to the staff member. As they complete these tasks, they can mark them off in the system, which automatically generates a PDF record and logs the action as complete. This efficient process ensures all compliance activities are recorded, providing a clear audit trail for property managers and owners.

How do my Owners upload documents?

Owners are given access to an owner login where they can upload necessary certification or documents or indicate that a technician is scheduled to complete the required audit on a particular date to prevent reminders of an outstanding task.
