Card details have not been retained

Situation:
You have received a booking and a payment has been processed using the card of the guest.
You need to process a further payment, but
- the card details are either grayed out in SuperControl and can't be used again.
- the card details have not been retained in / forwarded to SuperControl.

Solutions:

There are two possible solutions for this situation:

  1. You contact the guest and ask for their card details.
  2. You contact us via support@supercontrol. We will be able to amend the settings in your SuperControl account so that the card details are being retained when received.
