You can use the conflicting bookings report to resolve any possible conflicts you might encounter.
- Go to Admin > Maintenance > Conflicting bookings.
Please note:
The default view is the showing only future bookings in the standard report.
That is why the options All bookings and Booking cancelled / property live are showing.

The report will be showing details for both bookings.
Please note:
You can ignore the System ID1, bookingdetailsID 1, System ID2, and bookingdetailsID 2 columns.
This information is used by Support for investigations.
When hovering over the booking number a pop-up will appear with further information about the booking, e.g. if it is a cross-updating booking.

Please note:
If you have a conflict between cross-updated bookings, you can choose to ignore them, as all relevant dates will have been blocked off.
To go to the booking, click the booking number. The booking will be opening in the same tab.
Example:
An Admin booking has been added to the system to block of dates already blocked off on a channel.
When the property is then connected to the channel and the booking is imported from the channel into SuperControl, a conflict will arise.
As the Admin booking was added to block off the dates and prevent a double booking, it can be cancelled once the booking from the channel has been imported.
