1. Go to Bookings > Charts & reports > Search customer payments.
2. Enter your filter parameters and click Filter.
From the search results you can see the total amount paid per customer, for the property they have stayed at (or are planning to stay at). The report also shows whether the payment was a deposit or balance payment.
3. You can tick "Reconciled" when you are happy that the money taken is reconciled with what has been received on your bank statement.
4. You have the option to export to Excel. Click the CSV icon to do this.
All the data will export into an Excel spreadsheet.
