How do I view and edit my ticket?
To view or edit a ticket log into your SuperControl account and click Help in the right hand top area.
Click Your tickets.
You will now see a list of all your tickets.
By clicking onto the ticket ID you can view / edit a specific tickets
Clicking onto the ID, Subject, Opened or Closed headings lets you change the display from ascending order to descending and vice versa.
To filter your tickets by status, e. g. open, closed or to see all, click onto the respective filter here
When you look at a closed ticket you can open it again by clicking Re-open
To edit the ticket and provide additional information or answer a request for further information, click Add note.
Click Add to update the ticket or Cancel to delete the entry.
The support team will be automatically notified that changes have been made to the ticket.
