If you have your properties promoted / marketed by another company, which is also using SuperControl, we can set up a connection between the two accounts.
This means the availability is kept up-to-date automatically.
It is also possible to have your prices forwarded to the other account, keeping you in control of pricing. We call this Price Sync.
This option is especially handy, if you are using a dynamic pricing tool. The prices are kept current, even if they are being updated daily in your account. The other account holder saves the time that would otherwise be used for manually updating the prices in their account.
When you receive a cross-updated booking, this will be indicated at the top of the booking.
In the History & Correspondence you can check, where the booking has been cross-updated from and the booking number in the other account.
Please note:
If you receive a cross-updated booking, and your s please note that you will not receive a booking notification when a booking is cross-updated to your SuperControl account.
The booking should be dealt with by the account that took the booking. This is including the direct communication with the guest and payment handling.
Auto / scheduled emails are not being sent to cross-updated bookings.
You need to make sure you request the correct level of integration. For details, please see below.
There are different "levels" of integration possible, depending on the amount of data you require to see in the cross-updated booking.
This is the most complete connection between two SuperControl accounts.
You receive the guest data, the financial information and you can edit the financial details, should this be required.
