New Login Dashboard (Beta)

We’re working on a clickable Arrivals & Departures Dashboard, available right from login to make your day-to-day even smoother

This feature is currently in beta, and we’re actively gathering feedback to shape its final version. The goal of this new feature is to make it easier to see what’s happening each day and quickly access key booking information and actions.

Want early access? If you'd like to try it out and help us shape the future of the dashboard, contact our support team at [email protected] and we’ll enable it for you.

Improved Booking Sorting in the Housekeeper Login

We’ve improved the way bookings display in the Housekeeper login, especially for accounts with lots of properties.

Previously, bookings were grouped by property and displayed by arrival date within each property. This meant that you had to scroll through every booking for one property before getting to the next. This created a frustrating experience for accounts with multiple properties.

Now, by default, bookings in the login are shown in a simple, chronological order by earliest arrival across all properties. This makes it much easier to see what needs to be cleaned or prepared next, regardless of which property it's for.

If you prefer the old way, no problem. You can still choose to group by property using the new display option.

This update should make the Housekeeper login more intuitive, faster to use, and better suited to the needs of larger teams who may have previously needed to manage cleaning outside of SuperControl.

Filter Commission Statements by Owner Group (Agency)

Agencies now have more control when managing commission runs thanks to a new filter on the Agency > Commission Statement page.

You can now filter by owner group, making it easier to process statements in bulk for specific sets of owners. Whether you group owners by location, property type, or another internal system, this new filter gives you flexibility to run commission statements in a way that matches how your business operates.

This is especially useful for agencies handling a large number of owners or who already segment them into groups.

Clearer Cardholder Text on Payment Pages

We’ve made a small but important change to the wording on our payment pages.

Based on direct user feedback, we’ve updated the messaging to include the phrase “As the cardholder”. This small addition helps to clearly indicate who is authorising the payment at the time of booking.

Why does it matter? In the rare case of a chargeback, this wording helps support your case and reduce the risk of a dispute. It's a simple change that can make a big difference in protecting your business.

New Instant Book Endpoint in Our Open API

We’ve added a new endpoint to our open API designed for web developers and third-party integrations working with SuperControl.

This new endpoint allows developers to check whether a property is set to Instant Book or Enquiry Only. It gives more flexibility for custom websites, booking journeys, and integrations where this distinction is important for user experience or functionality.

If you’re building something using the SuperControl API and want to access this or other endpoints, please reach out to our team: [email protected] for documentation and access.

Integration & Channel Updates
Strengthening Our Integration with Booking.com

We’re continuing to invest in our long-standing integration with Booking.com.

This quarter, our development team hosted a strategy session in Bydgoszcz, Poland, joined by three members of the Booking.com team. The focus? Planning for Booking.com’s transition to a new modular API structure, which all partners will need to adopt over the coming year.

To stay aligned, we’ll be updating our connection throughout the remainder of 2025. It’s a significant but necessary project that will allow us to:

  • Maintain our Premier Partner status with Booking.com
  • Offer a fully integrated, future-proof experience
  • Support ongoing stability and performance for your listings

We’re committed to keeping this connection strong, reliable, and ready for what’s next.

Airbnb Payment & Message Alerts in SuperControl

We’ve made it even easier to stay on top of your Airbnb activity! SuperControl system alerts will now notify you of:

  • Incoming Airbnb payments
  • New Airbnb messages

This gives you better visibility into what's happening on Airbnb without needing to constantly check the platform.

It’s especially useful for staying informed about guest communication and payment activity directly within SuperControl, helping you manage everything from one place.

Improved Error Handling for Loqate Postcode Lookup Tool

We’ve made a key improvement to the Loqate postcode lookup tool.

Previously, if a guest entered an unrecognised or invalid postcode, the tool would continue loading indefinitely giving the impression it was still working. This caused frustration and could lead to booking drop-offs, especially if guests assumed something was broken.

Now, instead of a spinning loader, the booking cart will clearly show a “Postcode not found” error. This provides immediate feedback to guests, helping them correct the issue quickly and continue with their booking leading to a smoother experience and potentially higher conversion rates.

Maintenance & General Improvements
Pages & 3DS Updates

We’ve made several improvements to the payment process on the booking cart, specifically to address reports of slow load times or timeouts between submitting booking details and reaching the final payment step.

These updates include:

  • Improved speed and reliability of the redirect to payment pages
  • Enhanced error logging to help identify and resolve payment issues
  • Updates to the 3D Secure (3DS) process so that the pop-up loads faster, reducing the number of failed 3DS attempts

These changes aim to improve the experience for guests and reduce booking drop-offs at the payment stage.

Housekeeper “Clean” Status in Property Edit

We’ve fixed a bug in the Housekeeper clean status within the property edit screen.

Previously, if the status was set to “Not Cleaned”, it wouldn’t update and would remain stuck on “Select”. This is now fully resolved.

This feature can be really useful for internal operations. For example, helping booking teams quickly identify which properties are ready for early arrivals or allocate last-minute bookings based on clean status.

Housekeeper Login Show/Hide Settings

We’ve resolved a bug where certain “show/hide” settings in the Housekeeper login were being ignored.

Previously, items marked to “hide” were still being shown, which may have caused confusion. These anomalies have now been fixed, and all settings now work as expected.

This should give you more control and confidence in how information is displayed to your cleaning teams.

Duplicate Bookings Sent to Touchstay

We’ve addressed an issue impacting users using cross-updating setups (e.g., virtual properties) alongside Touchstay.

Previously, each cross-updated booking was being sent to Touchstay as a separate booking even when they were duplicates of the original. This caused Touchstay to send multiple, duplicate guest messages.

Now, cross-updated bookings will no longer trigger duplicate sends to Touchstay ensuring a smoother guest communication experience for users using this integration.

Auto-Update for Scheduled Letters When Dates Change

We’ve improved the flow of scheduled letters when booking dates are changed.

Before, letters triggered by arrival or departure dates wouldn’t automatically update if the booking dates changed meaning letters could be sent on the wrong dates unless manually adjusted.

With this update, SuperControl now automatically re-schedules letters based on the new arrival/departure dates, using the existing schedule criteria.

This helps save time and prevents miscommunication with guests.
