If you no longer require a custom form field, you can delete it using the steps below.
- Go to Property > Custom Fields
- Click onto Edit on the right hand side of the custom field entry.
- Click Delete on the right hand side.
When the custom field is associated with a property / Site ID
- Click the downwards arrow and click the first item on the list.
- You are forwarded to Properties > Edit > Web details > Custom fields.
Go to the section headed with the Field name of the custom field you want to remove. - Delete all entries for the custom field.
- Click Save.
Repeat steps 4 to 6 for all items in the drop-down list.
- Refresh the page.
If the custom field is no longer associated with any property, the drop down list will no longer display. - Click Delete on the right hand side.
