What do I do if a guest hasn't received my emails?
Updated onArticleWhen sending an email manually in a booking or setting it to send automatically, the email may not be received by the guest. There may be several reasons for this.
- The email address is incorrect
- The guest's email inbox is full
- The email has gone into the guest's junk mail or spam folder
- The guest has blacklisted your email address
In the first instance contact the guest to ask if any of these reasons are the case.
If there is not a problem, check with the person(s) who is responsible for looking after your website or emails.
If there is no issue on either side, email [email protected] to ask if the email has been sent or if there is a problem on our side.

How do I generate a voucher code?
Updated onArticleVouchers are the perfect way to create discounts unique for a specific group of previous and/or potential guests. Vouchers codes can be issued to a guest prior to booking, which they can use to claim the specified discount off their stay during the booking process.
Voucher Codes can also be used in higher values to issue a Credit Note for customer payments on cancelled bookings, which the guest can then redeem against a future stay, whenever they choose to re-book. When Voucher Codes are used in this manner, they still behave like discounts, and will therefore apply to discount the full rate, rather than be recorded as 'payments' in the system.

How do I add manual per person pricing?
Updated onArticle1. First, make sure you have your capacity set correctly. Do this in Properties > Edit > Price planner to the right of the property > Go.
2. Set your Default pricing capacity.
This is the first price that you wish to advertise on your calendars. For example, if you offer a two-person price on a property that sleeps six, you can set your default pricing capacity to “2”, and this will be the main price that displays. It will only change to a higher price if the guest selects a higher number of people.Using SuperControl Price Planner Prices

Overview : How do I add/edit my properties?
Updated onArticleAdding properties allows you to set-up the details of your properties in your SuperControl account, configure its booking details, changeover days, pricing and short breaks.
You need to set up each 'real' property in SuperControl. You may need to request additional licenses in order to do this. Go to Admin > Licence summary. Select the additional number of licences you require from the drop down and click Update.
Any 'Virtual properties' must also be set-up as a further property in SuperControl. A 'Virtual' property' is typically a composite of several separately bookable properties (i.e. two wings of a manor house may be booked individually, or together as a 'full house' Virtual property.
