How do I set up LiveChat?
Updated onArticleFirst, you need to create an account with LiveChat (visit www.livechatinc.com to do this). Once your account is enabled, complete the following steps:

How do I block off individual dates?

Any blocked day can't be used as either arrival or departure day.1) Go to Properties > Edit > choose property > Price planner (in the right hand side drop down menu) > Go
The Start days row in the price planner can show three different "states":
a) covered by short breaks
b) allowed as arrival/departure day for 7 nights stays only

How do I process a repeat payment with Trust Payments (Secure Trading)?
Updated onArticle1. First you need to navigate to the booking. If you know the booking number you can enter this in the booking number search in the top right of the SuperControl pages.
You can also go to Bookings > Grid view. Once you load your grid you can click on the booking to take you into the main area for that booking OR you can go to Bookings > Search bookings and use the filter options to find your booking.

How do I take a payment via Trust Payments (Secure Trading)?
Updated onArticle1. First you need to navigate to the booking. If you know the booking number you can enter this in the booking number search in the top right of the SuperControl pages.
You can also go to Bookings > Grid view. Once you load your grid you can click on the booking to take you into the main area for that booking OR you can go to Bookings > Search bookings and use the filter options to find your booking.
2. Ensure you have your guests address added in the booking then select your payment method.

How do I display my UpFront Reviews on my website?
Updated onArticleReviews will appear on your website either through an API feed (if you use SuperControl API) or through a java script box. If you use the API feed, you and your web developer can choose how the reviews are displayed on your website. If you use the java script box, it will be set to show the six most recent reviews.
