For the integration of properties already listing on Airbnb we have created an onboarding tool to establish the connection between SuperControl and Airbnb.
1. Go to Integrations > Channel manager > International > Airbnb.
Click Connect with Airbnb.
Note: You need to make sure that you're either logged out off Airbnb, which allows you to log into the correct Airbnb account, or make sure to be logged into the Airbnb account you want the connection to be established with.
Click authorise and then you will need to grant access in Airbnb which will then redirect you back to SuperControl.
2. Click onto the Start button to the right hand side of the property
3. Select Connect to existing listing.
4. Your Airbnb account/s will show in the pop-up, if you are already connected to Airbnb.
Make sure you select the right account, then select the listing you want to connect that corresponds with the SuperControl property.
5. Select the Sync you want your property to be on.
N.B. You can change the sync once the listing is created, should you change your mind.
Click Connect.
If you are syncing full content from SuperControl, the listing build will go through several stages It will be stopping at any point, where there is missing information. You will be guided to fix/add any missing information as required. Once all information necessary has been provided, the listing will be automatically linked and turned on.
If you are syncing rates & availability only, your property in SuperControl will check for pricing and availability, if this is populated then the listing will be automatically linked and turned on.
Additionally, we have added a new listing management function to the tool.
You can use this function to update the Sync on your listing from Rates & Availability to Full content and vice versa, and to also disconnect or delete your listing.
