It is possible to search the grid view for properties that are in specific countries, as well as specific regions in these countries.
Please note:
Countries can be simply selected from a drop-down menu when allocating them to a property under Properties > Edit > Go.
Regions must be set up specifically for each country before they can be allocated to a property.

If you need to find a property / all properties which have a specific country, and region in that country, allocated in the grid view, you can use the advanced search option for this.
1. Go to Bookings > Grid view.
2. Click the down arrow to the left of the green Go button.
This will open several advanced search options.
3. In the drop-down for the country select the required one.
Only countries that have actually been allocated to a property will be showing in the drop down menu.
4. The regions, which have been set up for the selected country, will be selectable in the drop down menu which will appear when the country has been selected.
Please note:
Should no region have been set up for a country, a link will appear instead of a drop down menu.
This link can be used to setting up regions, if required.
4. Make sure all other relevant search criteria have been selected and then click Go.
