Adding a booking

1. Go to Bookings > Grid view.
2. Click the field of the arrival date.

Tip
If you have several properties, you can use the highlight feature to keep track of the row belonging to the property.
Simply click the icon shaped as a light bulb to the left of the property.

3. In the side panel the opens on the right hand side, select the number of nights.

Some of the details for the property are being pulled from the system so that you don't need to add them again.
Should you need to edit of these you can do this once the booking has been created.

When you are adding XCover to the booking, the price will be automatically adjusted.

Please note:
You will still receive error message when trying to add a booking that a guest would not be able to enter, e.g. because the number of nights are lower than the minimum required.
You can overwrite this and add the booking to the system though.

4. Select what kind of booking you want to add. Or, if you want to add an enquiry instead of a booking.

Please note:
The option Place owner booking will only be available when you have an agency account.

You are being forwarded to the default Admin booking page.
Here you will see again a warning re any violations against the settings.

5. Enter and/or amend financial and guest details and then click Save at the bottom of the page.
