How do special offer show in the booking cart?

When you have set up a special offer (for details how to do that, please see this help centre article) your guest will see the original and the special offer price in the booking cart.

Please note:
If you have set a special price for a specific number of guests, the special offer will only be showing when this number of guests has been selected.

Example: Applicable to all number of guests

- special offer price is £550
- it applies to all number of guests
- the dates are 01.08.2024 to 07.08.2024 (a 7-night stay)

When the guest is selecting 7 nights with the arrival date of 01.08.2024 the original and the special offer price will show in the booking cart.

Example: Guest number specific special offer

- special offer price is £580
- it applies to 3 guests only
- the dates are 08.08.2024 to 15.08.2024 (a 7-night stay)

When booking for 3 guests the special offer is being applied.

For any other number of guests the full price is being quoted.
