New Discounts Tag added for Email Templates - A "Discounts" tag has been added to the tag list to allow you to include discounts within your chosen email template.
Booking.com Integration Now Allows Stag/Hen Party Settings: This new setting will allow you to choose whether to allow or restrict hen/stag parties, instead of relying on the fixed default.
This option will be available directly within each individual Property Settings page on your Booking.com integration, making it easy for owners to customise their house rules for each property.
Error Report Available for Airbnb - If you have 5 or more Airbnb listings, you can now access a new error report designed to simplify issue management.
This helps streamline troubleshooting and saves time when managing larger portfolios. Can be found in Integrations > Channel manager > International > Airbnb.
Custom Payment Enabled Setting in Bookings can be Enabled by Default - We understand the need to offer more payment flexibility to guests, allowing them to pay off their balance in smaller increments before it’s due.
This option is already available on individual bookings via a simple setting. If you would like to enable this for all bookings automatically, our support team can activate this feature across your entire account.
This makes it easier for guests to manage payments, while giving you more flexibility in how payments are collected.
Emojis in Emails - A fix has been implemented to ensure emojis display correctly in email templates.
Previously, an issue caused emojis to break the HTML formatting, resulting in display problems. This has now been resolved, allowing emojis to render as expected.
Improved Amenities Display - We’ve introduced collapsible sections for each amenity category in the user interface.
This enhancement is especially helpful for properties with a large number of amenities, making it easier to navigate, organise, and view details without everything appearing in a single long list.
Additional Custom Arrival/Departure Date Setting - We’ve introduced an enhanced setting for custom arrival and departure days in the Price Planner.
When enabling a custom arrival day, you can now configure it to match your exact requirements, giving you greater control over how bookings are scheduled for your property.
This improvement makes it easier to tailor availability rules to suit your business needs and booking preferences.
New Setting in Commission Statement for DAC7 (Agency only) - For DAC7 reporting purposes, there may be situations where expenses are paid to owners that are not linked to a specific booking, but instead relate directly to a property. This distinction determines whether an expense is categorised as relating to personal services or to immovable property income.
