Why is my housekeeper not receiving alerts for owner bookings?

There are two possible scenarios as to why a housekeeper is not being notified of being required for an owner booking:

  • the owner has not added the housekeeper, but should have done so
  • the SuperControl user adding the booking did not add the required housekeeper to the booking

The Correction section below will advise how to add the housekeeper to an existing booking.
The Prevention section will provide guidance as to how the housekeeper is being added to an owner booking at the time of the booking being made.
