What’s Changed?
Unified Reporting: We’ve merged the 'Arrival and Departures' report, the daily report, and the add booking notes tab into a single, easy-to-navigate page. Housekeepers will be directed to a filter page where they can view all necessary information in one place.
Simplified Form: One simple report to view arrivals and departures with the ability to:
- Set a clean status
- Set occupied status
- Sort by report filter
- Add & edit housekeeper notes
In addition, we've refined the overall look and feel to complement our mobile optimisation efforts, ensuring the user flow is as intuitive as possible for housekeepers. Key information is now more prominently displayed, with imminent arrivals and their essential booking details easily identifiable, making it simpler and more efficient for housekeepers to perform their tasks.
