Unified Reporting
We’ve merged the Arrival and Departures report, the Daily report, and the Add booking notes tab into a single, easy-to-navigate page. The initial screen will now allow you to filter and view all necessary information in one place.
One simplified format
One simple report to view arrivals and departures with the ability to:
- Set a cleaning status
- Set occupied status
- Sort by report filter
- Add & edit housekeeper notes
Where are the Daily Report and Add Booking Notes tabs?
No need to worry—they haven’t disappeared! These features have been integrated into the Arrivals & Departures report, providing a consolidated view. You can now easily access and update clean status, occupied status and add booking notes all in one place.
Why did we redesign the housekeeper login?
User feedback indicated that the Housekeeper Login was clunky and difficult to navigate, especially on mobile devices.
To accommodate users of all technical skill levels, we have created a more intuitive and user friendly reporting page for both desktop and mobile users.
Key information is now more prominently displayed, with imminent arrivals and their essential booking details easily identifiable, making it simpler and more efficient for you to perform your tasks.
Will it work better on my phone?
Absolutely!
Since about 35% of users access the Housekeeper Login on their phones, we've optimised the design for mobile usage, making it much easier to view and navigate.
Will the changes be reflected on the desktop version?
Yes, the redesign applies to the desktop version as well, ensuring a consistent and improved experience across both platforms.
Adding an app icon for the Housekeeper login on your home screen
Add an app icon to your mobile phone home screen will allow you to access the housekeeper login with only one tap.
How to set this up:
Open your browser and go to the Housekeeper URL: https://secure.supercontrol.co.uk/housekeeping/
On an iPhone, tap the share icon (a square with an arrow pointing up).
On an Android, tap the three dots in the top right corner of the browser screen.
Select Add to Home Screen.
Name the bookmark, then tap Add.
