What is Changing?
SuperControl is introducing a new authentication platform that provides a more secure and flexible way to manage account access.
Most users will continue to log in using their existing credentials. During the migration process, some users may notice a slightly different sign-in journey. This is expected and temporary while accounts are transitioned to the new platform. Once all users have been migrated, the new authentication service will become the standard login experience. This migration supports the introduction of stronger authentication methods and Multi-Factor Authentication.
Why are we making this change?
Online security threats continue to evolve, making strong account protection more important than ever.
The new authentication platform allows SuperControl to:
- Strengthen account security.
- Introduce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Support future authentication and security enhancements.
- Provide a more robust and modern sign-in experience.
What stays the same?
The good news is that your existing access to SuperControl remains unchanged.
You will continue to use:
- Your existing email address or username.
- Your existing password.
- Your existing account permissions.
Your existing account settings and data.
What do I need to do?
Right now, you don't need to take any action.
You can continue using SuperControl as normal.
As future security features, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), become available, we'll provide clear guidance and support to help you get set up.
Looking ahead: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
This upgrade lays the foundation for stronger account protection and future security enhancements.
One of the first improvements will be the introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which adds an extra layer of protection when signing in and helps reduce the risk of unauthorised account access.
We're excited to bring these improvements to SuperControl and will keep you informed throughout the rollout.
Why does MFA matter?
Your SuperControl account may contain:
- Guest information
- Booking details
- Pricing and availability data
- Financial information
- Business settings
MFA helps protect this information, even if a password is compromised.
