1. Go to Properties > Booking extras.
Click the cog to the right of the booking extra. this will give you the options to Edit or to Delete the booking extra.
Please note:
If the option Delete is greyed out, it means that this booking extra has been used in a booking. You will not be able to delete it any longer.
2. Click Delete.
The booking extra will be deleted from the system without any pop-up requesting you to confirm the deletion.
As there is no way to recover the booking extra, you will need to re-create it should you require it after all.
As you do not have the option to delete a booking extra once it has been used in a booking, you have still the to option to "hide" it. The booking extra will no longer be available for any property for the guest to select.
In the list of all your booking extras (Properties > Booking extras) click onto the name of the booking extra
Scroll to the right until you see the column Max for this property.
Enter 0 in all the boxes manually.
Or a faster way to update all properties at once is to enter 0 in the top field and then click the icon that looks like to squares stacked behind each other.
This will update all the fields in this column with the entry of the top field.
The changes will be saved automatically.
