AGENCY ONLY- Adding time limited text to the 'Book now' pop-up

It is possible to set up time limited notes for the guests to see in the booking cart during the booking process.
These notes are called Discount notes, but they don't have to be discount related. You can use these notes to convey a multitude of notes to your guests.

Please note:
The discount notes will not show in custom calendars when using the API to pull availability from SuperControl.

  1. Go to Properties > Edit > select Discounts > Go.

If you have more than one site ID, please make sure you select the correct site, before adding the notes.
The notes will only be shown, when the guest is booking on this site.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter your note text.
    Use the formatting options in the menu bar over the text field to format your text as required.

Please note:
You can set up different discount notes for each property individually.
It is also possible to choose different discount notes for each site ID, if you have more than one.

  1. Apply to all properties of the same owner, if required.
  2. Click Save.

The time limited text will display in a new row at the bottom of the page.

Please note:
These dates are the booking dates, not the arrival dates.
You can display information which the guest needs to be aware of while booking. Even so the actual arrival date might be several months in the future.

If you need to amend this note, click the Edit button to the right.
This will open a pop-up, allowing the required editing.

The discount notes and the time limited notes will both be showing in the booking cart.
