Why is only one discount displaying when I have added multiple discounts?

There could be a number of reasons, why multiple discounts are not applied to a booking as expected.

Expand or collapse content Only allow one discount is ticked

If you have ticked the box to only apply one discount, the system will disregard all other discounts.
to check, if this is the case, go to

  1. Go to Properties > Edit > select Discounts from the drop-down menu > Go.
  2. Untick Only allow one discount at the top of the page
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Expand or collapse content The minimum price in the price planner is too high

If the minimum price in the price planner is higher than the price would be when multiple discounts are applied, the minimum price will be quoted for the booking.

To check the minimum price go to Properties > Edit select Price planner from the drop-down menu > Go.
The minimum price is showing at the top of the page.

Expand or collapse content A special offer has been set up

If you have any special offers created for a property, check to see if you have included discounts. If discounts have been included then they are also deducted from the price set.

Go to Voucher/Offers > Special offers.
Check, if the tick box to include discounts has been ticked or not.

When you have ticked the box, make sure to Click Update to the right of the special offer.
