You can add an ad-hoc voucher to an already existing booking directly.
Please note:
Please be aware that when applying a discount to a channel booking, the bookings will not be amended on the channels directly.
EXCEPTION: Vrbo
If you amend the monetary information within a booking received from Vrbo, any financial amendments made in the booking will also be forwarded to Vrbo.
- Go to booking by e.g. adding the booking number in the search field in the top right corner or clicking it in the grid view.
- Click Edit in the top right corner.
In the pop-up that opens, make sure you have Booking details selected.
Please note:
You need to make sure that the option Update customer prices (on change) is ticked. This will make sure that the financial details are being updated in the booking.
Agency only:
Make sure that the option Update owner prices (on change) is also ticked. Otherwise the owner payment might be incorrect.
You will see a number of named discounts available as one called Other discount. This can be used when you e.g. give a discount for returning guests.
- Add the discount as required.
- Click Save at the bottom of the pop-up. It will automatically close.
The booking will refresh and the financial details will be updated.
