How to bulk update booking extras in existing bookings

When you have applied booking extra and later on amend the booking extra, you can bulk update all bookings where this booking extra has been applied.
This saves you from either having to use the new settings only for bookings received after the changes have been made, or to update existing bookings individually.

  1. Go to Properties > Booking extras.
  2. Click on the name of the booking extra to be amended.
  3. Make the required changes.
    The changes will be saved automatically.
  4. Click onto [ Update commission ].
  1. In the pop-up that opens you can select the date range and the properties, for which the booking extra is to be amended.

To keep in mind
If you amend the booking extra in existing bookings, the most likely selection would be the Arrival date. As this allows you to amend only future bookings.

  1. Click Update commission.

Agencies ONLY

If booking extras have been set to be paid to specific owners, e.g. a booking fee, these payment entries will also be updated in the Owner payment tab of the bookings.
