How do I add an enquiry form to my website?

Updated on

Setting up your enquiry form

1. Go to Admin > Website integration > Enquiry form wizard.

2. Click Create new enquiry form.

3. Enter a name for your enquiry form and select the Site ID for the website the form is going to be used on:

Please note:
Most customer will only have one SiteID as they only have one website on which they market their properties.
Should you have several websites on which you market a selection of your properties, it is important to choose the correct one here. Otherwise the enquiry form will try to pull information for properties which are not associated with the SiteID resulting in issues, e.g. enquiries not being created

4. There are some information that will be collected by default and must be added by the guest.Title

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Telephone

Within your Form designer, you can select additional details you want to collect, and also choose whether you make these details compulsory to be completed:

The following options can be enabled, so that the guest sees them, depending on your requirements.
If you want to make specific information a required field, meaning it is mandatory for the guest to fill it out, tick the box in front of Check if you want the field required.

Please note:
If you have set up neither custom form fields or subscription options, the boxes in front of these will not be selectable.
Click onto the link provided to set them up, if required.

You can preview your enquiry form by clicking onto the Enquiry form preview button.
A pop-up is opening, allowing you to see, how the enquiry form would be looking for the guest.

5. Click Save Form when you are happy with the form.

Useful tips

You can set up multiple enquiry forms. Perhaps you would like an enquiry form to collect as much information as possible , and then elsewhere on your website only collect the minimum information.

If you only want your enquiry form to relate to one property only you can tick "Show only one property in "Property of interest" box:
