Allocate a booking extra to a property

There are two ways to allocate a booking extra to a property.

1) Go to Properties > Booking extras > click onto the booking extra name.

When you see what is showing in the screenshot below, the booking extra has not yet been allocated to any property.

In the drop down, select All properties.

All (live) properties will be listing now.

The only column that needs to be filled is Max for this property to allocate a booking extra to a property.
This defines the number of the booking extra that can be chosen by a guest, e.g. 2 dogs, 1 high chair etc.

Note:
If you fill in this column, but leave everything else blank, the booking extra will not work as intended.

Please make sure all other column are showing the correct information as well.

2) Go to Properties > Edit > Booking extras > Go

Here you will see all booking extras regardless, if they have been allocated to the property or not.
Enter the relevant figures for the booking extras as required. They will be saved automatically.

Note:
Any selections made under Properties > Booking extra will be reflected here and vice-versa.
