Adding an Owner booking

This feature is only available in Agency accounts.

Go to Bookings > Add owner bookings.

Should you require to add more dates and/or properties to the same booking, finish the first booking by selecting all the required options, save and then click onto the link (booking number) and amend the booking directly.

1) Select the property from the drop-down list.
2) Select the arrival date.
3) Select the number of nights.
When selecting the number of nights, you can see the number of nights as well as the departure date. This means that you can easily choose the required entry, regardless, if you have been provided with a departure date or the number of nights.

4) Select, if you want the booking to show as provisional or as confirmed.
5) Add the guest name, if required.
The first and last name will be showing as Owner Booking by default. To record the name of the (main) person staying, use this option.
6) Select, if a housekeeper is being required.
7) You can select to book only one property, or all properties of the owner.

This feature can be used to blocked off an owner's properties in bulk e.g. for scheduled maintenance.

8) Use the + before saving the first booking.
This option can be used to create several bookings in one go and then save them all at once, rather than saving each booking individually.

A new line will be added under the initial booking.
The new booking can have individual settings chosen.

When you click onto save, a list will show with all the bookings created.
Click onto the booking number to amend the booking, e.g. to add another property or further dates to the booking.

9) Select, if the property is showing as Closed.
