Before adding an admin booking, make sure to review:
- Update customer prices (on change)
- Update owner prices (on change)
These settings might not seem important at first, but they can affect how the booking behaves later.
To check them:
- Open any booking.
- Click Edit in the top right corner.
- A pop-up will appear showing the settings.

Please note:
If you do not see any pop-up, please check the settings of your browser and any plug-in / add-on you might be using.
They might prevent the pop-up from being displayed.

Understanding Price Updates When Editing a Booking
Update customer prices (on change):
If you change the dates or add properties to a booking with this option turned on, the price will automatically update.
Example:
A guest moves their stay to a cheaper time.
- If the option is off, the original (higher) price stays the same.
- If the option is on, the price updates to the lower amount.
Update owner prices (on change):
If you change the booking (e.g. dates or extras like adding a dog), the owner’s payment details will update based on the new info.
Example:
A guest moves their stay and adds a dog.
- The owner’s payment will adjust to reflect the new dates and added charges.
The owner payment entries have also been amended.
