If the only thing that needs to be changed is the bank account details, then HolidayRentPayment can carry out this change.

Please see this help centre article for the different contact options. - Request a bank change form.
- Fill out the form and return it to HolidayRentPayment (HRP).
- HolidayRentPayment (HRP) will make the change at their end.
Please note:
If you need to change more than the bank account details, e.g. the name on the account, then we need to delete the application and reset the integration at our end. Please contact us directly via [email protected] or open a ticket from directly within SuperControl.
You will then need to fill out and submit a new application to HolidayRentPayment (HRP).
