How do I take a payment via HolidayRentPayment?
Updated onArticle1. First you need to navigate to the booking. If you know the booking number you can enter this in the booking number search in the top right of the SuperControl pages.
You can also go to Bookings > Grid view. Once you load your grid you can click on the booking to take you into the main area for that booking OR you can go to Bookings > Search bookings and use the filter options to find your booking.
2. Ensure you have your guests address added in the booking then select your payment method.

You can use it to check that your guest booking journey is as you expect it to be from start to finish, before you have your final account Health Check (if you re Onboarding) and put the SuperControl calendars on your website. You can Test and Preview the Guest-facing calendars, prior to embedding them on your own website. From the calendar preview, you can then follow the entire guest booking journey, and place a Test booking. You can then manage your Test Booking to ensure that you have set-up any automated emails correctly, and that you are comfortable with managing Website bookings from start to finish.

Updated onArticleIf required, it is possible for HolidayRentPayment to link multiple properties with different bank accounts. What you need to do if you wish to do this is to complete the application for the first set of properties that you wish to link to a single account: 1. Enter the details of that account in the application form, then tick only those properties in the list of properties on the form. Submit the application. 2. Once the application is approved by HRP, you can then submit the next application, with the next set of bank details and properties. 3. Repeat until each property has been approved with its relevent bank details.

2) Contact HolidayCottageCompare.com to take their listing.
3) Login to your SuperControl account.
4) Go to Properties > Edit > Go to the right of your chosen property
5) Make sure that the Country is set to either United Kingdom or Ireland.
make sure, your property has the correct post code assigned.
