How to view all scheduled payments

There is no direct way to review all scheduled payments that have been set up for all properties and/or owners.
There is a workaround though.

  1. Go to Agency > Commission statement.
  2. Click the small cog on the right and select Statement.
  1. In the statement click on View and Edit Scheduled Payments in the right hand side section.
    This will give you a list of all scheduled payments for this owner / property.

When you now look at the top of your browser window, where the URL (web address) of the page is displayed, you will see something like in the screenshot below:

  1. Click at the end of this URL.
  2. Delete everything after the question mark.

managers_commission_statement_scheduled.asp?managerID=160932
becomes
managers_commission_statement_scheduled.asp

  1. Hit Enter on your keyboard.

The page will be refreshed and all scheduled payments will show in the list.
