Owner logging in for the first time

When you want to allow your owner to use the owner specific login, you need to send them the email with the information how to reset their password.
Therefore it is important that an email has been added in the General information section at the top of the owner settings page.

  1. Go to Agency > Edit owner > Click Edit to the right of the owner.
  2. Scroll to the section Owner's login details.
  3. Click Send password reset link.

This is the information contained within the email.

When the owner clicks on the link or uses the URL provided the owner login page will open in their standard (default) browser.

As the owner has never logged in before, they need to use the Forgotten your password? link.

On the next page the owner needs to add the email address they are using for the owner login.

After clicking Submit they will see a message informing them that a password reset email is going to be sent to them.

In the email there is a link Reset your password.

The link will open the page shown below in their standard (default) browser.

Once they have created a password the owner will be able to use the owner login.

Should the owner need to change the password at any point in the future, while still being able to log in, they can do this by going to Your details > Change password.
