Please note:
The owners need to use their own login page. They cannot use the same login page as our customers use to log into their SuperControl account.
The URL to provide to your owners can be found under Agency > Owner's login HTML > section Links & preview.
You can enable your owners to review their statements, make owner bookings and check the availability of their property / properties by setting up the owner login for them.
Please note:
You can decide for each individual owner, if they should have access to the owner login, or not.
You can also select in detail, what the owner is allowed to view in their login.
You can enable the owner login option while setting up a new owner or for an existing one.
In both cases an email address must have been added to the owner details under Agency > Add owner or Agency > Edit owner.

To enable to owner login do the following:
- Go to Agency > Edit owners.
- Select Edit to the right of the owner entry.
- Ensure an email address has been added in the General information section at the top of the page.

- In the Owners' login details section add a password.
You can use the Generate new password link to get one generated for you.

- Tick all the required options.
Tip:
Take a bit of time to go through all the options and decide on what you want your owner to be able to see and change when you do this for the first time.
Tip:
In regards to the DAC7 laws, if a new owner signs up with you, enable the option Owner can add DAC7 requirements. This allows the owner to add all necessary information, saving you the time of having to contact the owner, gathering the information and then entering it into SuperControl.

- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick the boxes to enable the owner login and emailing the owner the login details.
- Click Save.
