This article explains the options and filters found under Agency > Commisssion statement > tab Bulk Payments.
The dates selected here determine the payment entries that will be taken into account by the system when calculating the outstanding payment to the owner and the commission due.
A) After all filters have been selected / deselected as required, click Filter to update the figures shown.
B) If you have a long list of owners, you can use this search box to look for a specific one.
You only need to type the surname and the system will filter the respective owner automatically from the list.
When you want to see all owners again, you need to delete any entries from the search box.
These are the filters available for the bulk payments. There are two distingued sections:
1. Filters for table
2. Filters for PDF
This section is used to change the (financial) information shown on the page directly.
The system will show entries for which any of filters are applicable.
Example:
When Show cancelled and Show provisional are selected, all cancelled, all provisional AND all cancelled provisional bookings are used to calculated the payments due
Without any of the filters selected the table looks as shown in the screenshot below.
With the Show cancelled filter selected the previous amount of £2396.70 has increased to £3094.46.
It is therefore import to make sure the filters are ticked as applicable.
If you are not paying owners for cancelled bookings, this option can be used to check, if any payments entries are still live in any bookings.
These column settings are not only influence what is showing in the generated PDF files, but also what the owner will see in the owner login when looking at the Payment & Statement tabs.
By default all the columns in the list are showing.
Any option that is being ticked is then being hidden from view.
It is possible to tick/untick any combination of boxes.
To preview the PDF that will be created before sending it to the owner click the cog to the right of the owner and then select Preview PDF.
When all the boxes are ticked the information showing is minimal.
When deselecting all boxes again the PDF is showing all the information you would expect to see (screenshot below).
If no payments are ticked in the individual owner statement, nothing will be showing in the PDF.
Regardless, if there are payment entries in the statement.
Without this filter having been ticked, the owner is due £2992.72.
There are eight payment entries in the statement.
With the filter selected on the other hand, the owner is due only £1201.72, nearly £1800 less.
In the statement are now only six entries showing.
Please note:
Make sure, you do only pay your owner the money that the guests have actually paid.
Without this filter ticked you might include bookings that have any income against them. In which case you would be paying the owner money they are not due out of your own pocket.
Please note:
This option has been flagged to the developers as there seem to be an issue with it.
At the moment nothing will change in the PDF, when you select it.
Please note:
In order for expenses to the owner entries to show in a separate column, as well as the commission and VAT associated with expenses, in the PDF, it is necessary to have this option selected in the individual statement as well as under the PDF filter options in the bulk payment tab.
Option the needs to be selected in the owner's individual statement:

Expenses are not shown separately.

If you are working with the Held on account feature, you can show how much is being currently held by selecting this option.
A further column will be showing to the very right of the page, like it does in the individual statement.
