Updating owner payments / commission after changing settings

If you have changed the settings for an owner, e.g. the commission percentage, and need to update all future bookings, you can update all bookings in bulk.
This will re-calculate to owner payment and commission as per the new settings.

  1. Go to Agency > Edit Owner > Edit (to the right of the owner) > section Payment Details > sub-section Commission settings.
  2. Click on the Update commission on bookings link.
  1. Select the time period for which you would like to update the existing bookings. 

You can either select Arrival / Departure / Booking date.
Arrival date: All bookings with an Arrival date during the selected period will be amended.

Departure date: All bookings with a Departure date during the selected period will be amended.

Booking date: All bookings entered into the system (having been booked) during the selected period will be amended.

  1. Click Update.

Once the system has finished the updating process, you will see a list of amended bookings.
