For security reasons, you can’t view an owner’s login credentials any longer.
In order to allow an owner to use the owner login, you need to send them the password reset link.
- Go to Agency > Edit owner > Click Edit to the right of the owner.
- Scroll to the section Owner's login details.
- Click Send password reset link.
This will trigger an email to be sent to the email address which has been added for the owner. Within the email there is a link with the owner can click to login / reset their password.

Once the owner has login in for the first time they can change their password at any time from the Owner Login by selecting Your details > Change password.
