The dates selected here determine the payment entries that will be taken into account by the system when calculating the outstanding payment to the owner and the commission due.

B) Property groups

B) If you have set up different property groups (Properties > Property groups), you can select them here. Only the owner(s) and payment entries for these properties will be taken showing as payments due and commission.

D) Export as CSV-file

When you click onto this icon, a CSV file is being created and downloaded to your computer (or any device you are using to log into SuperControl).

Below is a screenshot of a sample CSV file. The information showing is the only information that will be included in this file

2. Filters (tick boxes)

The below shown tick boxes activitate the different filters.
The system will show entries for which any of filters are applicable.
Example:
When Show cancelled and Show provisional are selected, all cancelled, all provisional AND all cancelled provisional bookings are used to calculated the payments due.

If no filters have been selected the figures are as follows:

2.1. Show cancelled

With the Show cancelled filter selected the previous amount of £7910.96 has increased to £8608.72.
It is therefore import to make sure the filters are ticked as applicable.
If you are not paying owners for cancelled bookings, this option can be used to check, if any payments entries are still live in any bookings.

Selecting both the below options, increases the amount due to £17184.72.
This means there is a number of bookings still resumed as being provisional in the system, which should be checked.

2.2. Show provisional
2.3. Don't show, if customer hasn't paid

With the filter Don't show if customer hasn't paid selected, all booking without any entries in the customer payment tab in the bookings will be excluded.
This makes sure that you do not pay owners for bookings you haven't received any money for yet.
