1. Go to Agency > Edit owner > Edit (to the right of the owner) > section Payment detail > subsection Commission percentage.
2. Change the commission percentage and then Save.
Note: If you amend your commission it will only affect new bookings placed since the settings were changed.
Backdating a Commission change
If you wish to back-date these settings to existing bookings, please follow these additional steps.
3. Click onto [Update commission on bookings]. In the appearing pop-up select Arrival date and then set the date range.
4. Change your commission and click Save.
5. Click Update. You will see a list of all the bookings that have been amended.
