When you go to Agency > Commission Statement > click onto the cog to the right of the owner > Statement, you can see a range of filters at the top.
You can filter an owner statement for all payments which are allocated to specific suppliers.
Example: Scrubbers Inc.
In the statement only the entries associated with the supplier will show.
On occasion you might see the below as the search result.
Should a payment entry not show as expected, check, if the payment has been associated with the required supplier.
To do that click onto the link in the Booking / item ref column.
In the booking go to the owner payment tab.
It is no obvious in the booking, if a payment has been associated with a supplier or not though. To check this, and to add the supplier if required, click onto Edit to the right of the payment entry.
After making any required changed click Save.
Click Filter in the statement to refresh it.
Select the date range for which you want to check the statement, or make the payment run.
Click onto the calendar icon to open the calendar to choose the relevant dates.
You can jump one or more years back or into the future, using the double arrow << >>
Or move a month back for forward, using the single arrows < >
When you click onto a specific date the calendar pop-up will automatically close.
This will include any bookings that have been cancelled, but still have owner payments entries showing in the owner payment tab.
Tip:
If you want to archive an owner, but the system is showing the message that there are monies still to be paid, enable this option and filter the statement again.
This also goes for situations where there seem to be payments due, even so the balance is showing as £0.00
As with cancelled bookings, you mind have outstanding payments, but the booking has never moved from the Provisional to the confirm status.
checking, what is supposed to be doing
If you are looking at a date range, any outstanding balance will be showing as balance brought forward.
The dates selected start on the 01.01.2023, but no payment run has been done for December 2022.
The amount still due to the owner from December 2022 is showing as balance brought forward.
Please note:
The balance brought forward can be added in the current payment run, or it can be ignored.
If you choose to not include it in the current payment run a pop-up will alert you to the fact that the balance brought forward is not included.
Please note:
The balance brought forward will always be included in the running balance.
Don't show if customer hasn't paid
The customer payment tab and the owner payment tab are not linked.|
This means that you can have a booking where the guest has yet to pay, but the owner payments entries are pulling through to the statement.
Show date booking placed
The adds a column showing when the booking was added to the system.
Show running balance
This will show a column on the right hand side of the page, in which the balance brought forward and all entries from the Due to owner column are being summed up.
Hide commission on expenses for PDF
This is an option that will not be changing anything in the layout of the statement. When exporting the statement to PDF, using the icon next to the filter button, this column will be excluded.
Separate expenses columns
If this box is ticked, a column is added showing the expenses separated from the income.
This makes it easier to check the statement.
Show running held on account column
If you are holding money for the owner, you can have this recorded in the statement as well.
To see the relevant entries, this option needs to be ticked.
Please note:
Only after both transaction required for holding money on account have been completed will the amount showing in the Held on account column.
When you open the statement or the page is refreshed, e.g. when changing the filters, a message will pop-up. This provides information re the amount held on account and potential shortfalls.

This link will open a pop-up, which allows you to set column option for the PDF and the owner login.
Please note:
As stated in the pop-up, any changes made in the statement of one owner will not only effect this owner.
Any changes made here, will effect ALL owners.
There are three icons to the right of the Filter button.
They can be used to export the current statement.
