Owner login - The owner sees only a limited number of years

Issue:
The owner is using the owner login, but can't see all the years that they should.

Solution:
Go to Agency > Edit owners > click the owner's reference number > section Owners' login details.
Change the setting Earliest date for viewing statements to Show all dates.

This will then enable the owner to see all bookings for all years there are any.
