If you're managing properties on behalf of owners, SuperControl provides flexible tools to keep them informed.
You can email your owners in bulk or individually depending on your requirements. You can also schedule emails to be sent to owners like you do with guests
If you need to contact a number of owners for the same issue, you can use the function to email them in bulk.
- Go to Agency > Email owners.
- Amend the sender, if required.
The sender automatically added is the email address found under Admin > General details. - Add a subject.
- If you have created a report, which is to be attached to all emails, click Choose file, browse to the file and select it.

- Compose the email body.
You can use the same tags as you would when creating an email template.

Please note:
You can auto-save your template in set intervals. This allows you to leave the page, and then to continue writing the text (email body) when you next open it.
Scroll to the bottom of the text field and select one of the options in the drop-down menu on the right hand side.

When you return to the you will get a pop-up asking, if a previously saved changes should be recovered.
Click OK and your template text will be restored.

- Select the Owner group, if required.
You will see all the owner groups created . Each can be individually ticked, or you can select to sent the email to all email groups.

Select the Property group, if required.
If you have properties from different owners grouped, you can select to contact all owners with properties in a specific property group.

- In the section Email options you will see the number of emails, which will be sent.
When clicking onto Show full list, all recipient emails will be listed.

You can send the email only to owner
- with access to the owner login -> Only email if password is set
- where DAC7 information is still missing -> Only email owners with missing DAC7 data
- If you have owners, you want to use the owner login and have set password for, you can also send the login information with this email -> Automatically include login details (if password has been set)
- Click Save.
Please note:
You can't directly email an owner from within SuperControl, without emailing the owner from within a booking.
- Open the booking you want to send the email to the owner from.
- In the booking select the History & Correspondence tab.
- Select the letter from the drop down menu.

Please note:
Make sure that the radio button in from of email must be selected.
You can select it even f the guest has not provided any email address.

- Click Generate.

A pop-up will open and provide you with the option to amend the email address, subject and email text.
- Select a different Sender from the drop down menu, if required.
- Copy the owner email address into the To: field.
This is the owner of the property in the booking. - Amend the Subject field as required.

- Add the text for the email into the text field.
You can use email tags as you would when creating email templates. Please see this help centre article for a list of all available tags. - Attach any document as required.
- Tick to request a notification when the email has been read and/or to send only plain text.
- Schedule the email to be sent at a specific dates, if required.
- Click Send.

Please note:
You can't directly email an owner from within SuperControl, without emailing the owner from within a booking.
You have the option to send a booking summary showing the figures as a guest would expect to see, or the figures can be set to be owner specific instead.
- Open the booking you want to send the email to the owner from.
- In the booking select the History & Correspondence tab.
- Select the letter from the drop down menu.

Please note:

You can select it even f the guest has not provided any email address.

There is the option to add a customer summary and an owner summary.

- In the Owner summary row select how you want to add the booking summary to the email.



- Click Generate.
Please note:
The owner will be automatically be selected.

- Copy the owner email address into the To: field.
This is the owner of the property in the booking. - Amend the Subject field as required.
