How do I group my owners?

Please note:
You need to set up owner groups before you can allocate the owners to groups.

Tip:
Grouping your owners allows you to email specific groups together rather than bulk email all owners.

Adding an owner group

  1. Go to Agency > Owner groups.
  2. Enter a Group name and click Add.

Adding an owner to an owner group

  1. Go to Agency > Edit owners.
  2. Select Edit to the right of the owner
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the section Groups.
  2. Tick the box for the group the owner should be added to.
