How to create a CSV file from the printable prices table

Updated on

You can use the printable price table to create a CSV file, which can then be used to import the prices into another SC account.

1. Go to Properties > Edit > Price planner on the right > Go > click the Printable prices button

2. Select the year and click Go

A table like this will be created.
Select the contents of the table and paste it into a spreadsheet

3. Convert the dates from e.g.  Thu 31 Mar 2022  to 31/03/2022.
Repeat this for all dates in the table.

4. Add a column for the number of guests.

If no per person pricing is being used, then this column needs to be filled with 0.
The pricing import tool will assume full occupancy.

If per person pricing is being used every number of guests needs to have it's own row with prices.

6. Delete the header row.

The final table needs to look like this.

7. Save the file as CSV file without any further formatting.
