This is the first price that you wish to advertise on your calendars. For example, if you offer a two person price on a property that sleeps six, you can set your default pricing capacity to “2”, and this will be the main price that displays. It will only change to a higher price if the guest selects a higher number of people.

1. Go to Properties > Edit > Price planner to the right of the property > Go.

2. To enter a price band, click on the day you would like your price band to start.

In the pop-up enter the last date the price(s) should be applied to.

Please note:
The last date should always be the day before your next price band starts.

3. Enter your prices (numbers only). These prices relate to the capacity that is selected.

4. Once you have entered all your prices, click Save.

5. To enter additional per person pricing,  select the next number of guests from the drop-down, e.g. if you offer a three-person price, select 3 people.

6. The prices will display as £0.00. Simply enter the price you wish to charge for two people and click Save.

7. Repeat steps 6 and 7 to add prices for 3, 4, 5 guests etc.

If a property sleeps four and I enter a price for 2 people and 4 people, how does the system calculate a price for one or three guests?

The prices will be calculated as follows:
4 people - prices as been added
3 people - price for 4 people will be used
2 people - prices as been added
1 person - price for 2 people will be used

8. Click Save.

Once this has been done, a new option will become available at the top of the page.

9. Set your Default pricing capacity.

When you now click onto the blue price line you will see the default capacity set for the property in the pop-up
