If you have a custom departure grid enabled in your account it means you can be in full control when it comes to departure days for your short breaks. If you require this add-on to be enabled within your account contact [email protected].
1. Go to Properties > Edit > Go.
2. Scroll to the heading Short breaks and you will see your custom departure grid:
On the left hand side you will find the Arrival day rows and along the top of the table you will see columns for the Allowed departure days.
3. Tick the boxes in the grid according to your requirements.
4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
5. To forward these settings to your Price Planner click Update short breaks for this property.
If you want to select all boxes in a row or column, there is a simple shortcut to do this.
Click onto the weekday name for the allowed departure and the whole column will be selected.

Selecting the Tuesday and Wednesday as only arrival days in the week for all departure days
Clicking on the name of the weekday, ticks all boxes for that arrival day.
Example
If you want to allow a guest to arrive on a Monday and depart on a Thursday or Friday only, you would tick these boxes.
Please note:
Repeatedly clicking will ticking/unticking the options.
6 nights are allowed when arriving on a Monday.
This means the departure date would be Sunday.
It might look at bit strange, only one box being ticked, but that is all it takes.
Departing on Thursday and Friday, as well as booking full weeks, are allowed when arriving on Monday.
This would mean that the guests can stay 3, 4 and 7 nights. 10, 11, 14 nights would also be possible as it would be the original 3, 4, and 7 nights plus a full week. Therefore using the same departure days.
The classic 4 nights from Monday, 3 nights from Friday choice for short breaks would be looking like this:
If 3 nights + full week(s) from Monday and 4 nights + full week(s) from Friday are allowed, the grid would be showing two more ticks:
