You can set specific dates in the price planner to be arrival only or departure only days.
This allows you to prevent guest arrive or depart on specific dates or days of the week.
Please note:
You need to amend each property individually
- Go to Properties > Edit > select Price Planner from the drop-down menu > Go.
- In the price planner click into the box for the day you want to change the default settings in the Start days row
- A pop-up will appear. Select one of the available options.
Use default settings
You can use this option to reset any settings applied, which are no longer required.
The default arrival day settings will be used.
Disable
This will disable the date as arrival and departure date.
A red dot will show in the box.
Enable
This option allow you to enable a date as arrival date, which would otherwise not be allowed to be used as an arrival date.
The box will show a green colour.
Departure only
The guest will be allowed to depart on this day, but no guest can arrive.
The box is showing a red dot.
Arrival only
The guest can arrive, but they will not be able to depart on this date.
The box will show in green.
Please note:
Should you have set up short breaks and see the yellow squares with the cross, you need to remove the short break band, amend the Start days and then add the short break again.
The dates not allowed as departure days will still show the red dot for the dates where guests cannot depart once the short breaks have been added.
