In the Price planner you can either have individual prices for the different number of guests, or you can select to charge the same price regardless of the number of guests.
This article explains how to set the same price for any number of guests.
- Go to Properties > Edit > select Price planner from the drop-down on the right hand side > Go.
- Click the blue line in the Prices row.
This will open a pop-up with the current price settings for that line.
Please note:
Make sure your browser is allowing pop-ups - otherwise you might not see the pop-up.
- Select the number of guests to see the price set up for that number of guests.
There can be different prices for each number of guests.
Please note:
If you set up a price, for example, for 5 people and a price for 3 people - but no prices are set up for 4, 2 or 1 people:
The price for 5 people will apply for 5 and 4 guests.
The price for 3 people will apply for 3, 2 and 1 guest(s).
- Set up the price you want to charge for all numbers of guests for the maximum capacity.
- Select the number of people you want to have the same prices for as the maximum number of guests. Click Delete in the bottom right corner. This will delete all the prices for that number of guests.
Go through all the other number of people and delete all the prices.
